SUMMER PRACTICE AND WORKOUT CALENDAR: Players need to arrive at least 10 minutes before workouts and summer practice. They should come prepared with all items needed and water. Players should be picked up on time. Items needed for summer practice: softball equipment, water, tennis shoes Items needed for workouts: towel, water, sunblock, tennis shoes, any braces or support prescribed by your doctor. RETURNING PLAYERS NEED TO BRING RESISTANCE BANDS FROM PREVIOUS YEAR Players can miss 3 workouts and 2 practices for the summer. IF the player misses more than the 5 total, they will condition on the 1st mandatory day of practice in August to make up missed conditioning time with the team. Players (not parents) must inform the head coach of any missed workouts/practices during the summer at least 24 hours in advance.
