SUMMER PRACTICE AND WORKOUT CALENDAR: Players need to arrive no later than 15 minutes before workouts and summer practice. They should come prepared with all items needed and water. Players should be picked up on time. Items needed for summer practice: softball equipment, water, tennis shoes Items needed for workouts: towel, water, sunblock, tennis shoes, any braces or support prescribed by your doctor, RETURNING PLAYERS NEED TO BRING RESISTANCE BANDS FROM LAST YEAR. Players that miss workouts/practices/groups will have conditioning makeup day on July 30th, 2022 after team practice Players are allowed to have 3 absences for workouts and 2 absences for practice/hit groups/drill groups combined.
