SUMMER PRACTICE AND WORKOUT CALENDAR: Players need to arrive at least 10 minutes before workouts and summer practice. They should come prepared with all items needed and water. Players should be picked up on time. Items needed for summer practice: softball equipment, water, tennis shoes Items needed for workouts: towel, water, sunblock, tennis shoes, any braces or support prescribed by your doctor. RETURNING PLAYERS NEED TO BRING RESISTANCE BANDS FROM PREVIOUS YEAR Players that miss too workouts/practices/groups will have a conditioning makeup day on July 31st, 2023 after team practice to make up missed conditioning time with the team.
