SUMMER PRACTICE AND WORKOUT CALENDAR: Players need to arrive no later than 15 minutes before workouts and summer practice. They should come prepared with all items needed and water. Players should be picked up on time. Items needed for summer practice: softball equipment, water, tennis shoes Items needed for workouts: towel, water, sunblock, tennis shoes, any braces or support prescribed by your doctor, RETURNING PLAYERS NEED TO BRING RESISTANCE BANDS FROM LAST YEAR. Players are able to miss up to 3 practices and 4 workout days. If a player misses more than the allowed amount, they will have a conditioning day the 1st day of mandatory practice to make up for time missed with the team.
